I would formally like to complain about the shocking service from MTN. We have 4 contracts with Altech Autopage who recommended we go with MTN, and have been with them since 2007. In the past 3 months we have been experiencing problems with our calls dropping, the person we are trying to talk to cannot hear. We have changed the sim card to other phones, same problem, we have done a sim swop, problem still exists. In December 2012 I called MTN and was told the MTN tower in Crystal Park Benoni had a problem and would be fixed in a few days, well in January 2013 we are still having the same problem. Please note that we use our cell for all our business as we dont have a land line. I called MTN again on the 8th January 2013, spoke to Manuel who gave me a reference this time (previous complaint was not given a reference number). My reference number is 0049334. Well it is now the 21st January 13 days later, and still no technicial has called to sort the problem out. Despite calling several times, with my calls dropping every few seconds and having to recall, and being told the technician "Ande" would be contacting us, we have not heard a word from him. DISGUSTING MTN service!
