Phone line not going through!

I've tried a couple of times in two days, with one call waiting for nearly 11 minutes while trying to cancel my contract by not renewing it while there's still time. It will end on 23 June 2013 and it's 120 off-peak. Too bad your contract Helpline number 0821958 is forever busy. Even 111 number didn't help either, instead my details where asked, was told to wait for the response from contract guys, only to be asked to rate the level of service. I can't wait to officially move to cell c. You guys sucked since replacing my htc phone with a lumia 610. Now I can't even cancel my contract without feeling it. Sending me a quotation now to cancel early would be highly appreciated.
