After signing a new 24 month Red Bull mobile contract at Cell C in Greenstone Mall for an amount of R199, an amount of R248 has been going off from my account for 3 months now. A query has been logged on the 13th of September 2013, with no feedback from Cell C's side. I had to phone them a few times to find out what the progress is without having any joy. It is now more than a month later, my query has still not been solved. I've been with Cell C for more than 10 years now, never having any problems, but then again I never had any queries before where I needed assistance. I would advise any future clients to make sure of their contracts, and make sure that you are billed correctly - and then pray that you don't have to log a call which needs to be sorted out as this will take time and effort from your side even though the mistake was made on their side.
