I reported this like a few days ago about BIS coverage in Ebony Park, it worked for 3 days, literally, 3days. i have never been this appauled by any service provider in my entire lif. really. U FIND PLEASURE IN UTILIZING ALL THE R60 u got from loading BIS in that area n not delivering the service. i am actually starting to blv that u guys are crooking us for our money. its really useless to stay with a service provider wgo cannot take care of me like this 1. HONESTLY i am done. come Feb, i am off to a different service provider for better service. i am really irritated. u guys are just disappointing. i have no reason at all to stay with u. not at all... it would help if u were going to re imburse all your clients in that area cos they clearly didnt use this service in the month of Jan. since the 3rd until today??? WELL DONE ON CHEATING MTN, WELL DONE.
