Will you kindly advice, i had spoken to Mbongeni last week and he had assured me that my account has been rectified,
I had 876MB last night when i went to bed and the last time i check my data was around 21:30 pm,
This morning at 06:39am i received an sms telling me that i am left with R26.62 to use in my account, meaning all my data has been depleted and usage has gone into rands,
A consultant informed that there were downloads on my account she cannot tell me what they are and i find it hard to believe that in just 9hours all that data and rand value can be so misused
I need this sorted asap as this is the not the fourth month this is happening,
I will return Cellc payments going forward should this not be sorted out, i need my data bundle back and my rand value since no one can tell me what was downloaded and what has been using my data and airtime.
