I migrated my account on around 10 May 2013. My request was to move to a TopUp 99 plus an add-on of 2GB of data.
Since this morning I cannot access any data-related services. Eventually I am informed that the 2GB data was never added to my account, meaning the R99 top-up airtime has been eaten away. This is not a mistake on my side and need to be rectified asap. The 2GB data neeeds to be activated, and the R99 refunded as the mistake is on your side, not mine.
