VOX SAY THEY TAKE OVER YOUR LINE- QUESTIONABLE!

We have our Internet ADSL data line through Vox, and they PROMISE to liaise with Telkom on our behalf for all faults. We are more off than on, our internet is so slow it wont even open a page on a simple browser, and they say WE must contact telkom. That is why we pay VOX as TELKOM is useless, and to deal with them is truly dreadful. We phone them endlessly and its very difficult to work and run cell phones that require data to work when we are paying telkom and Vox and then for 3g and data because the adsl is always down.
