Continued failure to address appalling reception

My last plea on Hello Peter was on 5 August, and the response from Cell C was that someone would call me within the next day or two to deal with my ongoing complaint about constant dreadful reception in the Northcliff area. Needless to say, no-one has called me back, and nothing has been done. Despite having such poor 3G reception that I usually can't even open a web page, despite the fact that I can't send MMSes, despite the fact that people usually can't hear me on the phone, I have constant failed calls, and often calls go straight to my voicemail when the phone is not busy... despite all this, I am told that there is no problem in my area. So I guess it must all be in my imagination.

Well, it's not in my imagination that I have to now resort to carrying around two cellphones: my iPhone 5 with its Cell C handicap and my actual phone number, and a second phone with a Vodacom prepaid SIM in it (which, I might add, flawlessly sends MMS and SMS, gets online with ease, and always makes calls when needed).

Thanks Cell C, I guess I don't have a problem anymore, so long as I have my Vodacom phone with me. And I guess I'm imagining things if I think you'll get back to me about this!
