Constant problems with my new upgrade phone!

I resigned a top up 135 contract with vodacom in April 2013 and have been having constant problems with this blackberry 9360 since the first day. I contacted Lucas (and so did my mother) at the Springs branch within the 1st 7days of the problems, and due to working at a special school, I had zero time to go in and fix it. My mother has metastatic liver cancer, and I take care of her too. Still till this day, the phone freezes, I have to reboot, I can't have a personalized ring-tone as when the phone freezes the settings of the whole phone change, the network settings reset, messages and e-mails get deleted, and when I went over-seas the phone would not connect to wi-fi. This angers me, we have been loyal vodacom customers for over 10years. I want a new phone. This mess up is causing problems with my family contacting me (the phone is on, and they get kicked to voicemail) my relationships with people (msg's deleting, phone freezing) and with my work... I'm sick of hassles. What if my mother needs the hospital? What if my father was having a heart-attack?! man!
