I would like to voice out my frustration with regards to your unecessary security check by your call centre. I took out three Cell C contracts for my daughters and I'm expected to be around them whenever they have network problems due to your call centre requesting me to speak to them for security checks. Honestly I just feel it's so unecessary, it''s not like they are quering the financial status of my account and if you get your act together by fixing the network problems we shouldn't be having this.
