4 MTN stores and no help with my sim card

I received an iPhone 5s as an Xmas present so I went to MTN Checkers in Fourways Mall to change from Blackberry to iPhone. They didn't have nano sims in stock so I had to go to the other MTN. The guy there said he cant help as I need proof of residence & I only had one from August & he said he cant help which is fine but the attitude that guy had was so snotty when he said it! Today I went to MTN in Key West & after standing in a queue for about 30min I was told they can't cut my old sim since the cutter is broken. She phoned MTN in President Square and they said they have a cutter. I asked the lady if I need proof of residence and she said "no, just ID" which makes me wonder why was I denied in Fourways? At President Square I was told they cant move my information from Blackberry to iPhone but have to cut the sim and I will lose all my contacts &the response I got was "Why did you buy an IPhone? They're stupid phones". Why promote them in all your stores then?! I went to Vodacom & they said they can help with my contacts and nano sim even though im on prepaid but 3 MTN stores had issues because I'm on prepaid. Im disgusted by the service & lack of training of your staff.
