I have a contract in my name with Altech for my pensioner mother who needs a cell phone as she lives 65km from the nearest town and have no Telkom where she lives. Her last account was debited for R 157.80 for 'TODDLERTV' and she has been getting 'not so friendly' service from Altech with the exception of Siabongo who works in Johannesburg department. Nobody seems to know who TODDLERTV is and how my mother (a pensioner) would want this service!!! How would I go about in getting a refund on this money? it is a lot of money to her being a pensioner.
