Network issue logged on sunday the 7th

Called in on Sunday to report a network related query where i have had no network since Saturday, which comes for 5 secs and goes for, the rest of the day, when i called customer care they logged a request on Sunday, when i called on Monday today, they said no call was logged and speaking to the team leader Naveer singh who has the nerve to tell me that my problem wont be sorted out
