In 2005 my mother who is now a pensioner bought a car with wesbank. the car was involved in a car accident and the insurance company assesed it and said it was a write off. the car was 55 000 and the insurance company said they will only pay half the amount and my mother was expected to pay 36 000 for the car she was not driving. we saw this as bad move and we decided to take the car back and fixed it ourselves but after the car was fixed, the bank repossessed the car but my mother was still expected to pay 98 000 for the car that was since repossessed and sold to some one.wesbank took the matter to the lawyers since my mother was now able to pay because she was no longer working and a pensioner, i went to the lawyers with my mother and told them that i will help paying because my mother is only getting 1040 a month as a pensioner and an aggrement was signed that i pay 750 a month, i paid the money but the debt was not going down and i defaulted. one day the lawyers send a sheriff to my house to come take furnitures and said i owe 120 000, they took my car and i went made arrengements and the car was released and i continued paying but the debt is still high and i cnt make payment
