Cell C's insurance C-Surance is unlawfully declining to process a valid insurance claim. They are fabricating incidents to compromise the validity of my claim, so that they don't have to pay out.
This is a blatant breach of contract, and manipulation of facts.
It is the responsibility of both C-Surance and Cell C to communicate effectively with each other so as to provide their customers with the service that they promise.
