I have provided the proof of payment and completed an EFT for a ADSL account through axxess. I have sent an email with the proof of payment including my reference in both the proof of payment and in the email. It has bee over 24 hours and no reply. This service is shocking.
Either activate my account and SEND ME THE DETAILS TO MY EMAIL. Or GIVE MY MONEY BACK so I can go elsewhere.
Shocking shocking service.
