My Parents live on a farm in Alldays. Everytime they load money on there land line then the line of not working for 2 weeks, when it comes on again the money they loaded is gone.
They need this phone for emergencies and cannot be off for even a day... that is besides the fact that they are being from with the monet that disappears what they loaded.
I need someone to investigate from Telkom and give us feedback and reassurance that this will not happen again!!!
