Contesting Billing

To whom it may concern
I have a cell phone contract with MTN. I have received a bill of more than R5500 for the sole month of June that I vehemently contested. The agent (the alleged service provider) I called couldn't give me a satisfactory explanation. I sent a claim (a formal letter as well as an email to [Email Removed] ref num: 10136631) to contest the bill. I then received a reply informing me that the complaint has been proceeded to the billing department and that I will be contacted within 10 days. I never received this call. However Mtn contacted my bank and made a debit of the ridiculous R5331 amount. I have to precise that my contract include R200/pm airtime and 250M/pm. I cannot make an international call. I never downloaded a video or any significant file with my phone as I have internet connection at work. My phone is even not working since June 10. I don't see how I can get this bill. I am a foreign national and I just feel that Mtn used it to take advantage. I could hire a lawyer but I won't take any further step in this issue because I give it to and justice will be done in his way.
