I ordered by upgrade 3 weeks ago, i was not told that the phone was on back order - i phoned the next day after i ordered the phone to find out when it would arrive as i was going on a couple of days leave - they then told me it was on back order - that was 3 weeks ago! Nobody has contacted me to tell me when i would receive the phone - i e-mailed a queery but nobody phoned back, i phoned them today (05/07/2013) but still no-one has phoned me back?!! Apparently they dont believe in customer service!
