1.for my cellphone ID 1793795 for network coverage enquiry logged repeatedly in past 6 months, no improvement in signal. Had 2 visits by technical department but no improvement in call quality.
2. For my speedstick -Also reported overbilling of R150 instead of R120 - was promised a call but no-one has called me and I see this month I have way too much data again and R150 to be taken off again!!! (I signed up for 2GB per month). I want a refund of the last month's overpayment and correction n my contract as well as normal signal strength for my calls.
