I just can't handle this anymore!! call the customer care and everything and still i'm sitting on a download speed of 6.6kbps on a 3G phone capable of 7.2mbps - even EDGE is faster on another phone, i get a lot of emails sizes between 2 or 3 mb takes around 2 hours to download - don't want to update anything on my phone because it takes forever to update - VODACOM HOW LONG MUST I STILL WAIT FOR A ANSWER?? We pay for our services - could you please provide some and stop sitting on your and doing nothing!!
