I HAVE GIVEN UP

I HAVE BEEN WITH MTN NOW FOR TWO YEARS AND DID MY UPGRADE WITH THEM AND GOT THE HTC DESIRE C. I LOVE THE PHONE BUT MY WIFI WAS NOT WORKING. HANDED IT IN ON THE 15/05/13 AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 14 DAYS TO BE REPAIRED AND SENT BACK. AFTER 24 DAYS THEY SENT ME A NEW UNIT WHICH HAD THE EXACT SAME ISSUE WITH IT. I TOOK IT BACK THE SAME DAY AND THEY TESTED IT AND THEY ALSO SAID IT WAS THE SAME PROBLEM. AT THE SAME TIME THEY SAID THAT UNFORTUNATELY THEY STOPPED MAKING THE HTC DESIRE C AND THAT I WOULD NOT GET ANOTHER ONE. I THEN SAID THAT'S FINE AND THAT ALL I WANT IS A PHONE WITH THE SAME SPECS AND I WILL BE HAPPY. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PAY IN FOR ANOTHER PHONE WHICH I REFUSED TO DO BECAUSE I HAVE TAKEN THAT CONTRACT FOR A REASON AND DIDN'T WANNA HAVE TO PAY IN MORE SINCE IT WAS NOT MY MESS UP AND ALL I WANTED WAS A PHONE WITH THE SAME SPECS. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR TWO MONTH WITH NO PHONE WHICH IS BEING CHARGED FOR. I HAVE BEEN MESSED AROUND SO MUCH AND HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON. ITS NOW THE 07/07/13 AND STILL NO PHONE. I HOPE THAT EVERYONE THAT READS THIS WILL SEE THE SERVICE YOU GET IN THIS DAY AND AGE FROM A BIG COMPANY SUCH AS MTN.
