I LOADED AIRTIME ON MY PHONE CHECK MY BALANCE A MINUTE LATER AND A R9 AIRTIME WAS GONE I PHONED MTN HELPLINE ON 173 AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE SYSTEMS IS NOT UPDATED I NEED TO PHONE AGAIN IN A HOUR, 10 MIN LATER CHECKED MY AIRTIME AGAIN AND A R 21 AIRTIME WAS GONE I PHONED MTN IMMEDIATELY AND I WAS TOLD THERE IS A SUBSCRIPTION ON MY NUMBER, PLEASE NOTE 10 MIN AFTER
I PHONED HUGE MOB TO BE PUT TROUGH FROM ONE CONSULTANT TO THE OTHER AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT TROUGH TO A CONSULTANT BY THE NAME KEALEDOGA MAJANE SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE BILLING ME FROM THE 14 JUNE FOR A FULL TRACK THAT I DOWNLOADED SURPRISED AND SHOCK I ASKED WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE TRACK SHE COULD NOT SAY COURSE THERE SYSTEMS WAS UNABLE TO LOAD THAT INFORMATION, BUT THAT WAS ON THE 14 OF JUNE WHEN I SUPPOSEDLY LOADED THE SONG NOW TODAY ON THE 5TH OF JULY A R21 WAS TAKING FROM MY PHONE WHICH I CAN NOT GET BACK BUT I AM NOT GOING TO STOP FIGHTING UNTIL I GET A REFUND
THIS IS AND I AM NOT GOING TO ROLL OVER AND LET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BE TAKING FROM ME WITH MY EYES WIDE OPEN, I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I DOWNLAOD AS NO ONE BESIDES ME USE MY PHONE AND I NEVER DOWNLOAD SONGS, AND THE MANAGER WAS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE
