I went through all the motion, applied for a new contract last week Wednesday. When I followed up on Friday, there was absolutely no record of my application. I did the entire procedure again, and was advised I would have a phone by Friday. I have called every day since and finally got told yesterday, Thur, that the application was rejected. Why was I never called and advised, and asked for the documents which were required? I sent through the documents yesterday and still no update. I have now been on the phone for over 25 minutes, been cut off once, trying to get an update. This is really poor, poor service and really worries me as to what I can expect going forward!!!
