Justice Mashiyane does not reply to any of my e-mails to resolve an account matter and problem that has been going on since January!
If I want to find out what is outstanding on my Cell C account, they can not retrieve it due to Justice Mashiyane not answering my e-mails and sorting out my problem.
I signed a contract to pay of my account but I still receive letters that I'm going to be handed over! Even if have have PAID!
I have also logged a complaint at Credit Ombud because this is breach of the contract to delete my number form the system! I want Justice Mashiyane to contact me and sort this mess out! And then I want to CANCEL my contract and go to another service provider because CELL C does not even know what is the meaning of service, or providing thereof! What a bunch of!
