This complaint below is still outstanding, despite a reply from Veronica, and no-one has contacted me despite Veronica saying some one will!!! I have lost R9.00 airtime, and I want it back. This is a matter of principal, and they will not get away with it!

"On Wednesday 30/01/2013 I had R9.00 airtime left on prepaid. I have not used my phone, either to make call, to receive call, or to send any SMS's. Today I have no airtime left! I have checked the log on my phone, and this confirms that the phone has not been used. Where has this airtime gone? Surely this amounts to? I dialled 173 to query this, and I got 7 options; none relate to my query, and there is no option to speak to an operator. I then tracked down the number for the shop at N1 City, Goodwood, Cape Town, only to find that there is only a cell phone number to call!! Come on MTN, this is no way to run a business, and to treat your customers. My main concern is the loss of my airtime; this is not the first time this has happened; it happened to me once before."
