Please help me urgently. I logged a query through my Online account. This has now turned into an escalation. As with everything with Autopage, you have to escalate before anybody will help you. My query number is M130701126. It was closed saying that it has been escalated and someone will get back to me. Now the call centre staff cannot assist. They don't even know who is working on the query. I spoke to Siyabonga Madita who did not even want to put me through to his manager. He said that if I want to speak to the manager, I need to phone the call desk number again. What a joke! Please can you get back to me ASAP on my original query!
