I signed a new contract with Autopage on Tuesday. My number had to be ported and was promised by Siyabonga that my phone will be working within 24hours, That 24hours expired yesterday afternoon.
I kept phoning Siyabonga to get feedback, who was always busy or not available. I left several messages and he never returned my call. Yesterday I was promised by someone there that my phone will be working by 10h00 today. just after 10h00 I called Autopage again,
Siyabonga again not available so I spoke to the manager who now said to me that the 24hours is in fact 24 working hours which is up to 3 days. I mean really? Do they not understand that I need my phone to work and that it is urgent? Who can wait 3days for a phone to be connected?
I cannot believe that everytime I call I get different feedback, why not give me the correct info from the start???
Please get this matter resolved ASAP.
