I received my bill dated 20 June 2013 - showing and amount of R808.11 for Packet Switched Data Calls - this wa never explained to me how it work.
Apparently it is for data usage - downloading etc. which I never do, all I use is Whatssapp and Facebook.
I queried the account and is waiting on a response. I also requested that I change the contract to a "top Up" which they refuse to do.
