Faulty phone under 7 days

Hi

I am so disturbed with the service received from 8-ta Vangate Mall.

First of All, when you buy a phone from a vendor the sales assistant inserts the sim card which in this case they did, the sim slot is now faulty. My husband now took the faulty Samsung S4 back to 8Ta stores as it is still within its seven day grace period. this in my words are considered to be out of box failure which the phone should be swopped out immediately. - This is not the first time I am receiving such service from the same store.

I am disgusted that the manager of the store at first did not even want to deal with me. I suggest this gets sorted as soon as possible phone was purchased on the 28th and it is now the third!

Very disgusted, I suggest you look at the amount of sales @ that store if your figures are not adding up you know exactly why not! because of the lack of service and guidance you receive.

This has changed my opinion on 8ta stores forever and feel like cancelling my contracts with them!!!
