My friend's mom bought her a phone on 7 january this year... galaxy s pocket (samsung). the phone has been returned to the store and the store manager said there was nothing that could do to help. they took the phone to the manufacterer twice but the phone has a faulty camera nd screen pad. it freezes and to no avail of the retailers... my friend now wants nothing to dowith vodacom and samsung as they seem to not care as long as they make sales... she would buy airtime but the device would still not download... she is stuck with a useless phone and it cost her an interview for a job. she would like to be compensated for the amount of the phone with a different mobile device
