How many times must I phone?

My contract changed from top up 500 to top up 350 in June, 500 350 rand airtime was put onto my phone. I had over 800 rand... Yet 1 week later I had only 250. 4 days after that I had 5 cents??? I have phoned so many time but I never get an answer as to why this happened, I made a 5 minute call to Autopage and was billed 10 rand, I can't keep getting charged like that, it's madness. Why is it that every single time I deal with you guys, you never want to help, you have no clue what's actually wrong, you always tell me it's my phone. It's never my phone!!! It's because Autopage is completely incompetent. Lets get this fixed before Im forced to take this matter further.
