Despite the fact that we still don't have 3G towers in our region for Cell C use, I have decided to renew my contract with them for the simple reason that their service is unbeatable. Every single time I contacted them via their website, someone named TK responded promptly by putting me in contact with the right people. Also today, when I wanted to find out something trivial, I was still on the site when TK responded to my queries, and within a minute my phone rang with Thabo on the line to answer my questions. Thank you Cell C. I know there will probably be people that don't agree with me, but I'm a very happy customer. I will recommend you any time.
