I recently upgraded my contract and they told me I would have to change my package as the package I was currently on at the time was being phased out. Now I am being charged R400 for migration fee. Why should I pay when they decided I needed to change my package??? I contacted the call centre and they gave me a reference number and said that someone would contact me within 7 days but no one has contact me yet, even after I sent an email to ask what was going on with my complaint.
