Bad attitude and poor custorme service

I've been receiving calls from african bank call centre with regard to the loan I have with them. And through out the whole calling process I asked them to call me at a certain time and day so I could give them my banking details. But then what me off is the mere fact that they call my mom and tthrowing all sorts of threats, intimidating her that I'll go to jail and harrasing her emotionally. So today I again receive a call from Susan Mpofane a call centre agent from african bank I then tokd her I need to speak to her superior with such reagrds and gave her my cellphone number. But the manner in which she spoke to me was so unprofasional to an extend were by I had to swear since I was mad. So if this is the kind of service they give to clients then its really unaccaptable. Am mot happy and I'd like for this matter to be dealt with
