Call centre agent with a BAD ATTITUDE

I cannot begin to express my distrust at the service that I just experienced from one of your call centre agents. I spoke to one of your guys regarding help with one of my phones. I didn't get his name coz he mumbled it when he answered. But I spoke to him at 20:41. But oooo what a bad attitude. He was rude, stand office and so unwelcoming to me as a customer. He gives all centre agents a bad name. I'm sorry that he had to work at the time that I called, but fact is I needed his assistance and him providing it in a more friendlier manner would have made the call worthwhile, now it actually feels like he did me a favour. I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted. Sies!
