Rude call centre agent

A call centre consultant from Yellow Mobile contacted me in order to try and sell me a contract. After politely telling her that I'm not interested, she aggressively told me that she just needs two minutes of my time. I politely told her again that I'm not interested, upon which she slams the phone down without as much as a thank you or a goodbye. It is bad enough receiving unsolicited phone calls, but being treated in such a manner is just unacceptable. I really hope Yellow Mobile monitor their call centre agents closely, because such a rude attitude is not going to win them any customers!
