BAD SERVICE AND MISINFORMATION

I subsbcribed to vodacom international call and since vodacom doesn't inform customers when it expire. I called the customer care to confirm when it expire. The lady I spoke to told me that international call subscription is still active. I then bought airtime to call and notice that I was charged for normal international call rate which was annoying. I called the call centre again and I was told my subscription as ended. I think is just important that vodacom should notify their customers when the service expires and not just rip me off. The reference they gave for this call S3-TVN28-8IIA1.
