I signed up with Axxess for a uncapped 10meg account and from day one i have had the honor od down loading at 16 kbs.
I have phoned 3 times and all i get is line is managed or you have a line fault this company has a cheek to manage my line from the moment i sign up this is not service and they now tell me i have over used the account at that speed i have to down load 24/7 to get any thing.
What a disgrace.
