STAY FAR ARWAY FROM AXXESS.YOU WILL REGRET IT LATE

I've been with Axxess for 2 years now. The line speeds have been a constant disappointment with drops weekly and disconnections all the time.

One the 30th when your direct debit goes through, if theres an error on your card for any reason or payment failures. They do not contact you, but completely cut you off and email you. Which is kinda stupid as they just cut you off instead of giving you time to sort it out. How you gonna read your email without the internet.

This month. Another screwup! They made a mistake and couldn't find my previous payment, then decide to transfer my line back to Telkom and cancel my uncapped account. No contact at all. Then, they find it and blame me for having a different Account Name and Credit Card on their system. Its been that way for 2 years. Now Telkoms line rentals more pricy.when I asked who's going to pay the difference for your mistake. I'm told me that they can only get the line back from Telkom and reinstate my account with them.

This is a summary, there were a lot of emails to and back with utter nonsense. I got 2 accounts with DSL line. Both will be cancelled. I'm going to try Afrihost. I'm sick of them. Stay Far Away From them. Trust Me on This!
