Useless uncapped accounts, lack of service

I wish I could retract all the previous compliments I have made on here. This service has now become useless to me. I'm forced to move back to the lesser of two evils now. Its unfortunate that I was preparing my customers to move over to axxess, this was a huge mistake. I now have to organise new accounts elsewhere for each one.
Last night I failed to meet a development deadline, because I was battling to connect with my access account. I could not even call or log a fault because axxess "shuts down" for month end. I therefore had to pay R350 at another ISP to get an account I could use for the night. I send numerous support requests and the only responsive person is the Facebook admin. I want my main ADSL account shut down immediately, I will not be paying for this rubb1sh service. I will make arrangements to transfer the line in due course. I've already notified my customers of the inconvenience axxess caused.
