I am not for the second time listing a compliant as my initial complaint has still not been resolved. Should this not be resolved i will be cancelling my direct debit until such time. I am simply being ignored. I signed up for a R99 a month 2gb contract which was a special running at MTN till the end of April. If you google this you will find it all over. I have an email informing my head office of taking out this account. I expect this to be resolved by close of business today i am not tired of being ignored and getting nowhere.
