3rd Time ARS 228340- Resolved partially

I signed up for a Telkom package. In fact there was a promotion running with included free installation. Yet, my bill from Telkom reflects that I pay 1102.54 for installation and this excludes VAT.

Telkom is a rip off and a company with no business ethics. They never return calls and their call centre agents aren't equipped to resolve the matter over the phone.

I expect a Telkom representative to call me and have this dispute resolved immediately
