Insurance Deduction from my account

Good day

I refer you to an order that was placed on 28 March 2013, Order Number EM-3376902.

The order was an upgrade on my vodacom contract to a fee of R499 (R400 topup = R99 Nokia Lumia 920) including an admin fee of R150.

I did not sign up for insurance as I am already paying insurance through vodacom.

R154.50 has been deducted from my account on 31 May 2013 as well as 30 June 2013 with reference number EM-3376902-1.

I would appreciate it if you could please cancel this insurance as well as refund me as I did not request insurance form ELITE MOBILE.
