I purchased an iphone 4s on the 08/09/2012, all the new iphones come with a 1 year warranty:

I gave my phone in for repairs on 18/06/2013, yesterday i went to collect my phone, only to discover that the phone is out of warranty? i was like than the manager scans the IME number and they system reads 06/08/201

I went on to pursue that they gave me a refurbished phone that is what it means, upon examining the phone i disovered that in actual reality was not my mobile, and they decided to pull a switch and give me a messed up iphone 4, (HENCE IPHONE 4 AND NOT IPHONE 4S).

I proceeded to enquire that they should check the system for when the upgrade occurred, and upon bad attitude i proceeded to follow up a complaint on activity. if this can happen to me who else have they already knocked?

The owner stepped in after a few harsh words were exchanged he too insisted that if this is the phone that vodacare sent back than this is the mobile i brought in. upon checking the system it was discovered that the IME numbers did not match... in which case they turned to me and told me come back tomorrow

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
