I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with Telkom.. I have been paying them R700 a month for a so call 2mb Uncapped ADSL account, my internet has been off most of the time or really slow, my pings to CapeTown is about 320ms 0.80 down, Same nights its ok for about 3 hours until it slows down again, I was told my router was the cause of the problem, I both a new one and had the same problems, the noise level on my line is bad it sitting on 58 it should be under 50, Currently my ADSL has been off for the last 2 days and no one can tell me what the problem is.

"I have logged 20 calls with them in the last 4 months and no one has bothered to actually fix any of my issues, they just close the calls without confirming that the service has been restored"

Even there Supervisor are rude and has this bad attitude of "you need us" you take the service provided or leave it!

I just feel if you want to rave about your great service, Customer care and infrastructure you should provide a better connection to everyone and to put more effort in, in keeping your clients happy.

All I want is the service that I pay for without any issues or an attitude from the supplier.
