After being a client since 2001, leaving now

140 has RUINED my account. I was called ONCE by someone who giggled at the commencement of the call while I was at an ATM in napoli. and I explained the call needed to be important as I am in Europe for 4 weeks, the unprofessional worker who was too busy having fun in the call centre rather than doing her job said nothing and proceeded to stuff up my account, and now she has used her power as a giggling low ranking call center worker at CellC to lock my account, leaving me with no way to communicate in Europe for the remainder of my trip. I am going to leave Cell C over this. I have no means now to call 140. I am furious.
