I called Rosie this morning regarding my car claim as their client Professor drove into us, but the university NEVER called after nearly one month for me to lodge my claim, Europe car says that the University never took out insurance by them and therefore I need to submit my claim thru the University, Europe car gave m ethere number to call Mariana Tovey on 012 748 5560 and a Rosie started abruptly and telling me she cant assist me as I need to CALL around and get a claim number, I told her by the surname and name she could pick up the details as they had to submit a claim to as its over 3 weeks already, She said its not her problem and I should call around the university as she got no details and then call her back, I was so stunned at this insensitive women, and the lack of assistance considering its her role to accept claims and she could assist by giving me telephone numbers to get the claim number as I have no idea where to get it as Europe car said they cant help its the University of Johannesburg that must assist me, although I know I took the details of the car involved in the accident which was owned by Europe car.
