My foshini account is in arrears... I had a consultant by the name of Thandi call me yesterday but i couldnt take the call as i was in a meeting... My co-worker answered the call which was fine & explained to Thandi that i was in a meeting she could leave a message... So Thandi decided to tell my co worker that i was in arrears on my account & i owe a certain amount on the account...
Now couldnt she have left a message & a reference number where i could call back... She decided to give out personal information about me to a co-worker of mine... WHAT HAPPENED TO CONFIDENCIALLITY...
I AM TOTALLY UPSET... SHE COULD HAVE TOLD THEM MY TOTAL EARNING'S, BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS & ID NUMBER WHILE SHE WAS AT IT
