We have escalated the above to a very competent!!

The last response from cell c was that I could not be contacted (report posted on 2 Feb 2013). I responded to that, and nothing further happened.
My original complaint, 26 Dec at about 07:45 and was given a ref number, 2122600038, is still not resolved. What more does cell c want me to do. It is time that they start doing something, go the extra mile. Somebody or 'something' took my R500, and I want it back.
